Ltd., she is the Co-Founder and Sr. Principal, responsible for leading client delivery and operational execution for a diverse portfolio of global and domestic clients. Jigyasa Sareen
Founder & CEO
Jigyasa serves as the Founder & CEO for Altura Search Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
With over 16 years of experience in retained Executive Search, Jigyasa brings deep entrepreneurial and leadership expertise. She has a strong track record of successfully placing senior executives and managing complex, high-stakes searches for private-equity-backed firms and large corporates across domestic and international markets.
At Altura Search Advisors, Jigyasa leads new client acquisition and plays a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint. She works closely with clients to deliver a seamless search experience and contributes significantly to shaping Altura’s long-term growth strategy.
Prior to founding Altura, she co-founded Crest Search Advisors, where as Managing Partner she drove business growth and led all client acquisition initiatives. She also served as Partner at Athena Executive Search & Consulting, earning recognition as one of the youngest Partners in India’s Executive Search fraternity.
